Early check-in, late check-out. A nice size units with non opening window, Paris view, as example, incredibly helpful employees. Gorgeous breakfast options. Set in a decent and nice location near a subway station.

The location of the hotel is excellent if you are attending meetings in La Defense. Overall the hotel is very clean and the staff are very helpful. I would stay here again.

In todays world where internet connection is vital I am still always disappointed when hotels continue to charge extra for internet access.

Friendly and helpful staff, good internet facilities, nice breakfast options, great location for le quartre temps shopping mall and on the main metro line, with metro stop only 100m away.

Expecially for business traveler's very well situtated, near a Line 1 metro station and in La Defense.

Price - Quality is in Paris very difficult. This room was the only thing available and therefore too much I was looking for. Just be aware when booking. The staff tented to turn to French instead of English (compared to another budget hotel I stayed this I found very poor)

Very friendly and attentive staff who were happy to speak English. The hotel is located in a great area with river and city views and close access to the Metro and Disneyland trains

The hotel is very busy with package tours and the facilities struggle to cater for the large numbers especially the breakfast catering and internet access

The location was great for getting in and out of central Paris by Metro. When needed for advice or help the staff were willing to engage with you and help in whatever way required.

Bed was comfortable. Easy to find a taxi. Close to business center-La Defense

Tub outgoing was clogged. Carpet was very old and dirty. Business corner was not the serious one, There were no colour printer.

Room rate was reasonable. Hotel located near a metro station and close to la defence shopping area

Rooms had bad odor. Breakfast was poor the worst was the toilet

Price not in balance with what has been offered. Terrible warm in room but not able to open window Room dusty Room was so called superior room - but it was very very small.

The family room offered a fantastic view of the Eiffel Tower and the River Seine. Staff members were friendly, especially towards my children. The breakfast experience was below expectations, as it was served in a poorly lit room with limited menu options. Some check-in staff could benefit from improved customer service skills.
